With EMDR, clients can heal from painful life experiences, transform the way they feel about themselves and approach life with confidence and hope. EMDR can help each person find their own strength, and draw from it to live a more fulfilling, loving and happy life. After EMDR, my clients have reported profound relief from the thoughts, images, feelings and even physical experiences of trauma and found a calm strength and confidence to move foward in life. EMDR has deepened my respect for the ability of each person to heal and grow.
I became an EMDR Certified Therapist in 2008 and I continue to enjoy regular training in various applications of EMDR.
I have continued EMDR training in the following areas: More >>>
EMDR to address healing relational trauma; EMDR for returning soldiers; and EMDR for clients who wish to address specific traumas while continuing psychotherapy with another therapist (adjunctive EMDR); and EMDR with complex PTSD.
When you come to me for therapy, I will listen carefully to your goals, your hopes and your needs. Together we will develop a plan to help you achieve those goals and reduce the symptoms that are holding you back from a happy and healthy emotional life.
