In my first training, in the practice portion of the workshop, EMDR got rid of my fear of heights. That experience sold me on EMDR. I have since seen dozens of people experience relief from old childhood issues and from phobias they had been carrying around most of their lives.

In addition to using EMDR, I have advanced training in hypnosis which I often use in conjunction with EMDR; I have training in DNMS - Developmental Needs Meeting Strategies; I also work from a somatic (body) level; this is where your answers lie, and where trauma is held � and released. I am trained in Brainspotting, which is an off-shoot of EMDR.
