I have been in awe and amazed of the effectiveness of EMDR and the courage and bravery I have witnessed in clients who are ready to free themselves of trauma.

In addition to my expertise in EMDR, I have also been trained in DBT, working with high conflict couples to reach custody and visitation agreements, working with military families and attachment.

I am a strengths-based therapist who believes that people are navigating aspects of their lives well. I like to capitalize on client's strengths while providing a non-judgemental, empathetic witness to triumphs and challenges.
