Fees Please call me to discuss my fees. Sliding Scale As a licensed provider, I will accept your copay and submit the necessary paperwork to your insurance company for provider reimbursement. Note: Please check your policy for coverage. My license is Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
