After my first workshop, I decided to really learn how to do EMDR by having it done to me. The results convinced me that this protocol can work with surprising depth and much more quickly than standard talk therapy. Over the years, I have been so pleased to see these same results with my clients.

I spent the early years of my career working on crisis teams in Community Mental Health Centers. This has given me invaluable exposure to a wide array of traumas and the skills to deal with them. In over 20 years of private practice, I have used many different modalities to deal with varied and complex individual issues.
