After my first workshop, I decided to really learn how to do EMDR by having it done to me. The results convinced me that this protocol can work with surprising depth and much more quickly than standard talk therapy. Over the years, I have been so pleased to see these same results with my clients. I spent the early years of my career working on crisis teams in Community Mental Health Centers.
