Through the use of EMDR I am able to help my clients re-engage and re-energize their natural ability to heal their hearts and minds, similar to the way an "immune booster" works for the body. They often discover strengths they may have overlooked, and experience long buried positive feelings and memories once trauma is treated.

In addition to my training and certification in EMDR, I have training in Family Systems therapy, Communication Skills, and Childhood Abuse.
