Seeing clients "blossom" from fear-driven withdrawn shells to empowered, joyous and free human beings is a very humbling experience. Each time I am honored to have been a witness to this type of growth through the use of EMDR.

I use cognitive behavioral techniques including relaxation, imagery, goal setting, helping to identify negative beliefs, as well as psycho-educational techniques such as affect regulation. I also have a Certificate in Sport Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania.

I collaborate with clients using an eclectic approach in counseling depending upon individual needs,however I tend to rely more on growth-oriented theories.
