I have been especially inspired by the use of EMDR due to the positive results I have seen during the years I have been employing this method. I have seen clients finally released from their past and ready to rebuild their lives for the present and future.

In addition to my expertise in EMDR, I am trained in the use of psychotherapy to gain insights into, and release from those past issues that may be causing dysfunctional behaviors in their present situation. I also am trained and use CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) to assist in changing those past negative thoughts and behaviors.
