Please call me to discuss my fees. With insurance companies where I am an "in network provider" (see the list), I will accept your copay and submit the necessary paperwork to your insurance company for provider reimbursement. If I am not an "in network provider" for your insurance company, II will provide you with the necessary paperwork, and you will be reimbursed directly. My license is Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). |
