I am constantly amazed at the little "miracles" of awareness and change in clients I treat with EMDR and I don't hesitate to introduce it to every client I see. It shortens therapy considerably getting to the core issues easily and profoundly appearing to permanently relieve and resolve the challenges clients are experiencing in their lives.

My basic foundation is psychodynamic and using EMDR as an adjunct to talk therapy seems to be ideal for most clients. I see individuals, couples, families and have a Women's Support Group as well. I am also an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in EMDR.
