I have been inspired by EMDR since I took my level one training in 1994 and level two in 1995. The efficient dramatic healing as well as the deep transformational and lasting change that this process can bring to an individual's life continually fills me with a sense of wonder. The strengths and values that inform my practice are that we are all innately designed to grow and become the very best that we can be.

In addition to my expertise in EMDR, I also draw upon cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, developmental, existential, humanistic, and experiential theories and practices.
