My favorite comment after using EMDR was "It's really gone!" referring to a client's shame, pain and fear from a past incident. Since using EMDR, I see how it often moves people through the healing process more quickly and how it brings forth solutions they never dreamed possible allowing them to live more fully in reality.

In addition to EMDR, I have extensive training in relationship and marriage therapy, anxiety and depression issues, post-abortion counseling and adults who experienced childhood trauma. My specialty is in sexual abuse, sexual addictions and spiritual direction. I consult regularly with colleagues around the country and attend yearly conferences in order to stay up-to-date.

I enjoy working with people because I love how different we all are and believe that emotionally healthy people are able to handle more readily the stressors and problems in their lives.
