There is always Hope! And there's Help for Healing. EMDR treatment made a believer out of me! I had PTSD from a traumatic childhood tonsilectomy and symptoms resurfaced when I developed sleep apnea. The results and relief from my EMDR treatment were amazing! I wanted to provide this help for my own clients!

I have advanced training in trauma work and specialized workshops to understand brain development, function, and the neurobiology of trauma. My Play Therapy training is extensive and on-going. I have Seminary training to provide counseling from a Christian perspective for clients who make that request.
