EMDR is a beautiful tool to help people get unstuck - from the baggage of their history, from present fears, from self-doubt, guilt or pain. I love being the facilitator of healing that brings self-confidence, acceptance and peace.

I am a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC) and my rehab background gives me great compassion and understanding of people with physical illness, injury or disability. I also have extensive experience and background in career counseling.
