EMDR has completely changed the way that I approach psychotherapy. As a paradigm shift, EMDR believes in the individual's own ability to heal. It is an honor to witness an individual who had previously been stuck in self-limiting beliefs and feelings move forward into a fuller and more satisfying life.

I am also trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which is a body-oriented talk therapy. Like EMDR, it is based on mindfulness of present moment experience, so it dovetails nicely with EMDR. Both techniques enable clients to address their problems in a safe and supportive way.
