In my years of providing therapy I have utilized a wide variety of methods. However, I have never found an approach as unique and effective as EMDR. I use EMDR, in some form, with almost all my clients with considerable success.

I find my experience and certifications in addictions counseling and clinical hypnosis are valuable complements to my EMDR practice. I am also trained in and use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as needed.
