EMDR provides healing for a wide range of concerns, including relationships, low self-esteem, stress or anxiety related medical issues, depression, anxiety and trauma.

In addition to my specialized training and expertise in EMDR, I also have training in TFT, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Coaching, DBT, attachment assessment and therapy.

My practice is informed by staying current with a variety of research-based methods and a mindful, respectful, and honest presence with my clients. I listen carefully to what the client wants to change, and check in frequently with the client to be sure I am filling my role as a therapist/listener/teacher/coach as effectively as possible.
