I have been awed by the treatment effects of EMDR with clients who have felt stuck in their lives with unwanted negative self beliefs and overwhelming feelings. To watch clients' expressions change from distress to tremendous relief following successful EMDR treatment is a gift.

In addition to my expertise in EMDR, I have advanced training in post-traumatic stress disorders and dissociative disorders. My approach is eclectic and includes psychodynamic and neurobiologic formulations, an interpersonal style, and multileveled treatment approaches including EMDR, hypnosis, brainspotting, and processing psychotherapy.
