I have been inspired by the power of EMDR in working with complex trauma, grief and attachment. In all of my training, EMDR has proven the most effective and comprehensive model for healing.

I am certified in EMDR, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and HAP Facilitator. I have advanced trainings in EMDR, body-oriented psychotherapy, multi-phased trauma treatment, attachment, narrative therapy, hypnosis, couples, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD),
