I am committed to helping individuals feel better, uncover their potential and empower themselves to achieve meaningful goals.

In addition to my expertise in EMDR, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a senior certified addictions counselor (CAC III) with over 12 years of experience. I hold a master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University and am also trained in DBT.
