Our body and mind has the innate ability to heal itself from illnesses, trauma, loss, stress, and depression. All we have to do is provide the tools needed for this healing to occur. We are body/mind, so what effects one effect the other. One of these tools is EMDR. I have been using EMDR since 1996 and am constantly in awe of the changes that occur with people as they move beyond their "stuckness" to change and reclaim their lives. I am grateful to be a catalyst for healing to take place be it emotional, mental, spiritual or physical.

In addition to being an LCSW, I am an RN. I am certified in Hypnosis and EMDR, TFT, EFT, FullWave Breathwork and Meditation . I am a Traditional and Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher and Quantum Touch practitioner.

My approach is eclectic, interactive and humanistic. I have a Holistic approach to counseling although I am trained conventionally. Clients with chronic physical problems as well as mental/emotional issues have experienced more balance and improvement in their health once blocks are removed.
