Fees
Please call me to discuss my fees. With insurance companies where I am an "in network provider" (see the list), I will accept your copay and submit the necessary paperwork to your insurance company for provider reimbursement. If I am not an "in network provider" for your insurance company, II will provide you with the necessary paperwork, and you will be reimbursed directly. My license is Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). |
