EMDR changes lives. It is very gratifying to work with people and know you can help them. Sometimes EMDR can be overwhelming if the trauma is entrenched and complex. So I have training in other trauma modalities to titrate the traumatic activation and then proceed to EMDR. I continue to be inspired and humbled by facilitating a person's innate ability to heal themselves from trauma.
