My belief in EMDR's ability to help individuals heal at a core level increases the more I use this modality and a combination of other practices. I see a variety of people in my office with many different presenting conditions and situations.

In addition to using EMDR for trauma, I use it to help musicians, athletes, business professionals and, others improve their performance. I also use a combination of mindfulness and bio-feedback (EM-Wave). With over 20 years of experience as a mid-level state manager, I am sensitive to the needs of working professionals.
